Delete Your Lumora Account

Delete Your Account in the App

To delete your account:

1. Open Lumora.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to Mine → Settings → Delete Account.
4. Review the deletion notice.
5. Confirm your deletion request.

What Will Be Deleted?

When your account is deleted, the following information will be permanently deleted or anonymized where applicable:

• Account information, including your email address, username, and profile information
• AI conversation history
• User-created characters
• Uploaded images
• AI-generated images
• Profile preferences and settings

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where required by applicable law or for legitimate purposes, including fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of our agreements, and compliance with legal obligations.

Google Play Subscription

Deleting your Lumora account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through Google Play before deleting your account to avoid future renewal charges.
